History of Delta Tau Delta and Baker University

Delta Tau Delta International Fraternity
Delta Tau Delta fraternity was founded in 1858 at Bethany College in Bethany, West Virginia.

Gamma Theta Chapter of Delta Tau Delta
The Gamma Theta Chapter received its charter on November 24, 1903.  It has a long and proud history dating back over a century.

Baker University History
Baker University in Baldwin City, Kansas, was the first school to be founded in Kansas.  It is a small, private school of only about 1,000 students located in a community of less than 6,000.  However, it is Baker’s quaint, personal nature that sets it apart from any other school around.

This site was created and will remain forever in the loving memory of John E. Blake III.  Jeb was the first person to create a website for Gamma Theta Chapter.  Even today, his ingenuity, passion, and love for Delta Tau Delta can be seen in every page he created and are echoed through the countless awards he earned for the chapter.  Jeb Blake was a Delt in the truest sense.
