Jeb was the first person to create a website for Gamma Theta
chapter. Even today, his ingenuity, passion, and love for Delta
Tau Delta can be seen in every page he created and are echoed
through the countless awards he earned for the chapter. Jeb
Blake was a Delt in the truest sense.
